Physicians Eyecare Group is hiring a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding patient service at the store level. You will bridge clinical services and retail, assist with patient flow, and support contact lens care and basic optical tasks.

A strong emphasis is placed on communication, accuracy, and patient experience. The role requires 1+ year of customer service, an associate degree or higher, and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience in healthcare or retail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify needs, and promote products and services.
• Ensure smooth patient flow between clinical and retail teams.
• Maintain patient records confidentially per HIPAA.
• Assist management with complaint resolution and order status.
• Support basic lab/optical tasks and lens edging as needed.
