Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to welcome patients, guide them through the in-store experience, and coordinate with clinical services for a seamless transition to retail. You will provide excellent service, gather patient information, and support appointment scheduling.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter the store and identify needs for a smooth, memorable experience.
• Answer inquiries and gather information to ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and inform on order status.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping.
• Keep patient records confidential and HIPAA compliant.
• Other duties as assigned.
