Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients.
• Associate degree or higher or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledgeable about Microsoft Suite 365.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and facilitate sales.
• Coordinate between retail and clinical teams to support patient care.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and manage patient inquiries.
• Maintain patient records in HIPAA-compliant systems.
• Assist with basic optical tasks such as handling lenses and repairs.
