Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to provide exceptional patient service at the store level, bridging Clinical services and retail. You will help ensure a smooth flow, coordinate with PEG doctors, and uphold clinical standards while engaging with patients to explain products and services.

The role emphasizes assisting with Pre-Testing, Digital Refraction, and Face-to-face customer interactions, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and supporting daily store operations.

Competenze

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem solving for patient concerns or rebuttals.
• Results-driven, multitasker, flexible in a team environment.
