Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Strong communication skills with a diverse group of people.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and a positive demeanor.
• Proactive problem solving to address potential patient concerns or rebuttals.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Schedule flexibility; work hours determined by business needs.
• Interest in technology and curiosity about current innovations.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients as they enter the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Provide information about available products and services and answer inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient complaint resolution and inform the status of pending orders; ensure all patient expectations are met.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping duties when necessary.
• Keep patient records confidential and secure in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
• Other duties as assigned and required.
