Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding patient experience by collaborating with team members to meet store goals and clinical metrics.
• Greet patients, identify needs, and explain products and services to ensure a memorable experience.
• Answer inquiries, gather information, and schedule/confirm appointments.
• Assist with patient issue resolution and communicate status of orders; meet patient expectations.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Maintain confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
