Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver exceptional patient service and support the integration of clinical and retail teams in a fast-paced optical setting. The role focuses on assisting clinicians, managing patient flow, and promoting products and services to enhance the patient experience.

The position requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication with a diverse group.
• Associate's degree or higher, or current enrollment in a related program.
• Flexible schedule and availability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be part of delivering an outstanding patient experience while promoting products and services.
• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and facilitate sales.
• Schedule appointments and assist management with patient issues and order status.
• Maintain patient records confidential under HIPAA and ensure brand standards.
• Support clinical and retail teams to meet goals.
