Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding customer service and support the flow between clinical and retail teams. You will greet patients, assist the management team, and help ensure a smooth, compliant patient experience across store operations.

The role emphasizes accurate patient records, appointment coordination, and basic lab tasks, with opportunities for growth within PEG’s optical network.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt in a dynamic, team environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups of people.
• Associate’s degree or higher certification, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• Flexible scheduling and willingness to work based on business needs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers to ensure a welcoming, memorable experience.
• Assist management to meet store goals and clinical metrics.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage inquiries and order status.
• Assist with basic optical lab tasks and repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with retail and clinical teams to ensure smooth operations.
