Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to patients and customers.

• Coordinate with retail and clinical teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
• Assist with basic lens edging and repairs to expedite delivery.
