You will support clinical operations, greet patients, guide them through questions about products and services, and help ensure a smooth flow between clinical and retail teams.

The role emphasizes patient experience, HIPAA-compliant records, and collaboration with PEG physicians to meet daily and monthly goals while promoting a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients.
• Associate’s degree or advanced certification in a related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite 365.
• Flexibility in scheduling; able to adapt to business needs.
• Optical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to facilitate sales and promotions.
• Collaborate with the retail and clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Maintain patient records in HIPAA-compliant systems.
• Assist with lens edging, repairs, and order fulfillment.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor service metrics.
