You will greet patients, promote available products, and assist in appointments while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and a positive patient experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service, strong communication, and a willingness to adapt in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a team.
• Strong communication with diverse groups.
• Associate degree or higher, or currently enrolled.
• Schedule flexibility to meet business needs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and identify needs to drive sales.
