Job summary

Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Customer Service oriented Doctor Technician to act as the first touchpoint for patients in our store. You will help with patient flow, promote products and services, and work closely with the clinical and retail teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling inquiries, scheduling, and assisting management with resolution of complaints while maintaining brand standards and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Skills to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Associates degree or advanced certification beyond high school, or current enrollment in a comparable program.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Answer inquiries and provide promotions on products and services available.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and assist management with patient complaint resolution.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping duties when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Support store goals and clinical metrics through daily tasks and collaboration with teammates.
