Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Doctor Technician to provide exceptional patient service and support the clinical-to-retail workflow in-store. You will help ensure a smooth patient journey, greet customers, and promote products while coordinating with the clinical team.

The role emphasizes accuracy in patient records, HIPAA compliance, and maintaining a high standard of customer care in a fast-paced optical retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.
• Associates degree or advanced certification or current enrollment in a related program.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and promote products/services.
• Collaborate with retail and clinical teams to meet store goals and metrics.
• Assist management with patient inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Schedule appointments and support patient care in-store.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidential records and ensure accurate order processing.
