Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification required or currently enrolled
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers
• Strong communication with diverse groups
• Active listening, rapport-building and empathy with patients

• Collaborative mindset, cordial relationships with team and patients
• Results-driven, able to multitask and adapt to changing business needs

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store, identify needs and promote available products/services
• Foster partnership between retail and clinical services teams
• Schedule appointments, enter patient history, perform pre-tests and basic eye checks
• Assist management with patient issues and ensure expectations are met
• Maintain brand standards and perform light housekeeping as needed
• Assist in lab duties: assemble lenses, edge stock lenses, expedite orders
• Monitor delivery times and ensure on-time fulfillment
• Perform other duties as assigned
