Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor's Technician to greet patients, facilitate sales, and bridge the gap between retail and clinical services. You will provide outstanding customer service to all patients while supporting a smooth transition from clinical to retail teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Strong communication with diverse groups; active listening and empathy.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to adapt in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and support an easy, memorable experience while promoting available products and services.
• Foster collaboration between the retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and document patient history in the system.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and communicate status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards through housekeeping and ensure timely delivery of eyewear.
• Support lab area with basic tasks and report equipment issues.
• Keep track of delivery times to ensure 100% on-time service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
