Qualifications

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond high school, or current enrollment in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with diverse people.
• Active listening, rapport-building and empathy with patients.
• Proactive problem-solving and adaptability in a team environment.
• Collaborative spirit and respectful relationships with team and patients.
• Driven by results with multitasking and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and guide them to meet needs and promote products/services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and enter patient history and test results in the system.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and communicate status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Assist with lens edging, assembly, and timely delivery of eyeglasses; ensure orders are accurate.
• Monitor lab area for equipment issues and report malfunctions.
• Track delivery times to ensure commitments to patients are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
