Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to deliver outstanding customer service at our on-site store location and help bridge the clinical services team with the retail team. You will facilitate patient flow, answer inquiries, and support sales while upholding brand standards.

You will schedule appointments, collect patient history, perform basic pre-tests, and assist with eyewear assembly and repairs, ensuring timely, accurate orders.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification; related program in progress is acceptable.
• Minimum 2 years in customer service within healthcare or retail.
• Ability to communicate with diverse patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers at the store entrance and assist with needs to create a memorable experience.
• Coordinate between retail and clinical services to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Schedule appointments and document patient histories in the system.
• Assist with basic lab and eyewear tasks and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Support management with patient issue resolution and maintain brand standards.
