Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician at our on-site store to deliver outstanding patient service, facilitate sales, and bridge retail and clinical services. You will greet patients, schedule tests, assist with lab work, and maintain brand standards while supporting a fast-paced flow from Clinical services to retail.

Candidates should have an associate degree or certification, 2+ years of customer service, and a collaborative, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group.
• Active listening, build rapport and empathize with patients.
• Proactive problem solving and teamwork with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and facilitate sales.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments, input patient history and perform routine tests.
• Assist with patient complaints and manage expectations.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping.
• Assist with lens edging and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
• Flag equipment issues or order discrepancies to management.
• Monitor delivery times to patients and ensure 100% reliability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
