Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to be the first touchpoint in the store, delivering outstanding customer service and facilitating sales between retail and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of patient/customer service experience.
• Effective communication with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, rapport-building and empathy.
• Proactive problem solving and adaptable in a team.
• Collaborative spirit and resilient multitasking.
• Passion for customer satisfaction and a positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify needs and facilitate sales with available products.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments, enter patient history and perform pre-tests.
• Assist management with patient complaints and status updates.
• Maintain brand standards with housekeeping when needed.
• Assemble lenses, edge stock and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Monitor lab standards and report equipment or order issues.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure commitments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
