Job summary

Now Optics d/b/a Stanton Optical Brand is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to greet patients, support the retail and clinical teams, and facilitate a smooth sales flow at an on-site store. You will schedule appointments, collect histories, perform pre-tests, and help ensure timely delivery of eyewear.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the retail team to deliver exceptional patient experiences and promote sales of optical products and services.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher training preferred.
• 2+ years delivering customer service to patients/customers.
• Strong communication and listening skills required.
• Proactive problem solving and rapport building expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients/customers and ensure a smooth visit and sales flow.
• Foster partnership between retail and clinical teams.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient information in system; conduct basic tests and triage.
• Assist with complaint resolution and update on job status to ensure expectations are met.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping as needed.
• Assist with lab tasks such as edging lenses and ensuring timely delivery of eyeglasses.
• Monitor delivery times to meet service promises.
