Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to greet patients, support the clinical and retail teams, and provide outstanding customer service while facilitating sales.

You will schedule appointments, perform pre-tests, assist with lens edging, and help maintain brand standards in the lab. The role requires an associate degree or higher and 2+ years of customer service experience; Now Optics offers health benefits, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond a high school diploma; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers upon store entry, identify needs, and promote products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, collect patient history, and perform basic pre-tests.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and keep patients informed of status.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab area and troubleshoot equipment issues.
