Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to serve as the friendly first touchpoint in-store, guiding patients through the clinical-to-retail transition while delivering outstanding service and supporting sales.

You will work closely with the retail and clinical teams, schedule appointments, perform basic pre-tests, and help ensure accurate, on-time orders. The company offers comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher, or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group.
• Active listening, empathy and rapport-building.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and identify needs to promote services.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and collect patient history in the system.
• Assist management with patient concerns and ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Maintain brand standards and basic housekeeping.
• Assist in lab tasks and prepare lenses for delivery.
• Keep track of delivery times to ensure 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned and required.
