Stanton Optical is actively seeking Doctor’s Technicians to greet patients, facilitate sales and ensure a smooth flow between clinical services and retail teams. You will provide outstanding customer service, support promotions, and help deliver eyewear with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or advanced certification; or currently enrolled in a comparable program.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, rapport-building and empathy with patients.
• Collaborative spirit with the team and patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers as they enter the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, collect patient history and complete basic pre-tests.
• Assist management with patient complaint resolution and keep stakeholders updated.
• Ensure brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues.
• Keep track of delivery times to ensure 100% on-time glasses delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
