Job summary

Stanton Optical, part of Now Optics, is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to be the welcoming first touchpoint in-store and to support the seamless flow between clinical services and retail teams. You will deliver outstanding customer service, facilitate sales, schedule appointments, and gather patient information in our system.

You will also assist with basic lab tasks, ensure orders are completed accurately, and maintain brand standards while collaborating with the retail and professional services

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Effective communication across diverse groups.
• Active listening and empathy when engaging with patients.
• Proactive problem solving to address patient concerns.
• Collaborative spirit and respectful teamwork with colleagues.
• Results-driven with ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Foster a partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history and necessary information.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and keep status updates.
• Maintain brand standards and perform basic housekeeping duties as needed.
• Assist with lens edging and stock assembly to expedite glasses delivery.
• Monitor delivery times to ensure 100% on-time service.
