• 2+ years of experience delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients entering the store and identify needs to provide an easy, memorable experience.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and clinical services teams.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient data into the system; perform basic pre-tests.
• Assist management with patient complaints and communicate status of orders.
• Maintain brand standards and perform housekeeping when needed.
• Assist with lens edging and basic repairs to expedite delivery.
• Ensure lab area meets brand standards and report equipment issues.
• Track delivery times to patients to ensure timely service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
