Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to be the friendly first touchpoint in-store, delivering exceptional customer service and facilitating sales while connecting retail and clinical services.

You will greet patients, perform pre-tests, gather medical history, and support the lab and fittings to ensure accurate and timely eyeglasses. A high school diploma and customer-service experience are required; benefits include medical and dental coverage, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients/customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and promote available products and services.
• Foster a strong partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments, enter patient history, perform pre-tests and basic eye assessments.
• Assist management with patient issue resolution and manage expectations.
• Maintain brand standards and basic store housekeeping.
• Edge stock lenses and assemble frames to expedite deliveries.
• Monitor delivery times to ensure on-time promises and accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
