Stanton Optical, a Now Optics brand, is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to ensure a positive patient experience and seamless coordination between retail and clinical services. This on-site role focuses on friendly service, accurate data entry, and efficient workflow in a busy store.

You will greet patients, schedule appointments, perform basic pre-tests, assist with eyewear assembly, and support the team in achieving high-quality eyewear delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or certification beyond high school diploma.
• 2+ years of outstanding customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group.
• Active listening and empathy in patient interactions.
• Collaborative attitude and problem-solving in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers to create an easy, memorable experience while promoting products/services.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and collect patient history in the system.
• Perform basic pre-test procedures and record medical information.
• Assist management with patient concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping as needed.
• Assist with eyewear assembly and lens edging to speed delivery.
• Flag and report lab issues, misorders, or equipment problems.
• Monitor delivery times to meet promised service levels.
