Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor\’s Technician for an on-site store location to deliver exceptional customer service and support the seamless handoff between clinical services and retail teams. You will greet patients, gather information, run pre-tests, assist with eyewear assembly and repairs, schedule appointments, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time while upholding brand standards.

• Associate degree or higher or current enrollment in a comparable program.
• 2+ years delivering outstanding customer service to patients or customers.
• Strong communication and active listening with diverse groups.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and prioritize in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs and promote products and services.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient history in the system.
• Perform pre-tests and basic eye-care tests as required.
• Assist with repairs, frame assembly, and lens edging for timely delivery.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with order status and patient expectations.
