Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Doctor’s Technician to greet patients, support the clinical services team, and drive a smooth handoff to the retail staff. You will deliver outstanding customer service, assist with eyewear sales, and help maintain brand standards in-store.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, gathering patient history, performing basic vision tests, processing orders, and aiding the lab team to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or advanced certification.
• 2+ years of customer service experience with patients/customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
• Active listening, rapport-building, and empathy.
• Proactive problem solving and flexible in a team.
• Results-driven with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers, identify needs, and drive sales.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history in system.
• Perform pre-tests and basic vision tests as needed.
• Assist with complaint resolution and status updates.
• Maintain brand standards and housekeeping in store.
