• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients/customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients/customers and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience while promoting available products/services.
• Foster partnership between retail and professional services teams.
• Schedule/confirm appointments and enter patient history in the system; perform pre-tests and basic eye exams.
• Assist management with patient complaint resolution and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Maintain brand standards through basic housekeeping and lab area upkeep.
• Assemble lenses, edge stock lenses, and ensure on-time delivery of eyeglasses.
• Notify management of equipment issues or incorrect orders in the lab.
