Now Optics, operating as Stanton Optical Brand, seeks a Doctor’s Technician to provide exceptional customer service at an on-site store location. You will support patients through the sales process, coordinate with the clinical services team, and help ensure efficient patient flow and accurate orders.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or advanced certification beyond high school.
• 2+ years of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
• Active listening, build rapport and empathize with patients.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers entering the store and identify needs to ensure a memorable experience.
• Foster a strong partnership between the retail team and professional services.
• Schedule appointments and enter patient history, perform pre-tests and basic eye tests.
• Assist management with patient concerns and ensure customer expectations are met.
• Maintain brand standards and assist with lens edging and assembly to expedite delivery.
• Track delivery times to ensure on-time customer service and adherence to promises.
