• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using data and capacity.
• Use data to optimize order distribution and resource allocation for performance.
• Manage job board partnerships and posting strategy and evaluate effectiveness.
• Identify trends in attrition, retention, attendance, and recruiting effectiveness with leaders.
• Support client implementations, including onsite setup, go-live, and post-go-live operations.
