Job summary

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field preferred; five years of ops leadership required.
Willingness to travel up to 40% to onsite, office, and client locations.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

Develop recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using data and capacity insights.
Use data to optimize order distribution and resource allocation.
Oversee invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping and audits.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs; present actionable performance insights to leadership.
Lead process improvements and technology adoption to reduce manual work.
