Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, accurate, and scalable service. You will work closely with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service to drive performance, technology adoption, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, or related field; travel up to 40%.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and teams across multiple groups.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into recommendations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using data and trends.
Manage job board partnerships and posting strategy; evaluate usage and effectiveness.
Oversee invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping, and contract audits.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs; provide actionable performance insights to leadership.
Lead process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives to reduce manual work.
