Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and scalable service. You will collaborate with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service to drive performance, technology adoption, and continuous improvement across client engagements.

The role requires travel to offices, client locations, and onsite facilities to support implementations, training, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or a related field preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of relevant operations leadership or equivalent experience are required.
Travel to onsite, office, and client locations; expected travel up to 40%.
Experience developing recruitment strategy and analyzing recruitment processes, operational metrics, and business performance.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and coaching teams.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using data and trends.
Identify trends in client attrition, retention, attendance, and recruiting effectiveness; partner with leaders on improvements.
Oversee setup, maintenance of invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping and audits.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs; provide performance insights to Delivery leadership.
Lead process improvement, automation, and technology adoption to improve delivery metrics.
