Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations. You will partner with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service to drive performance, technology adoption, and scalable processes for order fulfillment and growth.

The role requires travel to client locations and onsite facilities to support implementations, training, issue resolution, and delivery support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, marketing, or related field; 5+ years in operations leadership.
• Ability to travel to onsite, office, and client locations; up to 40% travel.
• Experience developing recruitment strategy and analyzing recruitment processes and metrics.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using data and forecasts.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping, and contract audits to ensure compliance.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; present actionable insights to Delivery leadership.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and technology adoption across functions.
