Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, ensuring compliant, accurate, and scalable processes that support order fulfillment and growth.

The role collaborates with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service, driving performance, technology adoption, and continuous improvement. Travel to client sites and offices is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent with at least five years of relevant operations leadership or equivalent experience is required.
• Travel to onsite, office, and client locations expected up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers.
• Use operational data to optimize order distribution and resource allocation.
• Manage job board partnerships and posting strategies; evaluate usage and effectiveness.
• Identify trends in attrition, retention, attendance, and recruiting effectiveness.
• Support new client implementations, including onsite setup and go-live operations.
• Ensure operational compliance with policies, laws, and internal controls.
• Maintain efficient processes and SOPs to meet contract requirements.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping, and audits.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; present actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and technology adoption.
