Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, coordinating with Delivery Leaders, Payroll, Billing, Customer Service, and other partners. The role drives performance, operational and technology adoption, and continuous improvement.

Travel to client sites and offices is required. The position focuses on optimizing operations, ensuring compliance, and developing scalable processes to support order fulfillment and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or related field preferred.
• At least five years of relevant operations leadership or equivalent experience.
• Travel to onsite, office, and client locations up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers.
• Use operational data to optimize order distribution and resource allocation.
• Manage job board partnerships and posting strategy.
• Identify trends in attrition, retention, attendance, and recruiting effectiveness.
• Support new client implementations, including onsite setup and go-live.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop scalable processes and SOPs for invoicing, billing, reporting, and timekeeping.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; present actionable insights to leadership.
• Lead process improvements, automation, and technology initiatives.
• Drive adoption of new technology and provide systems training.
