Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, coordinating with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service. The role focuses on performance, technology adoption, and scalable processes to support order fulfillment and growth.

The role requires travel to offices, client locations, and onsite facilities to support implementations, training, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or related field preferred.
At least five years of relevant operations leadership or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel up to 40% to onsite offices and client locations.
Experience designing and deploying SOPs and operational controls.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across delivery operations to ensure efficient, compliant, accurate, and consistent service.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance to deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Lead recruitment support and workforce planning with Delivery Managers.
Oversee invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping, and contractual audits.
Drive process improvements and technology adoption to reduce manual effort and improve delivery.
