You will collaborate with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service to drive performance, technology adoption, and scalable processes across order fulfillment and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or related field preferred; travel up to 40% may be required.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and teams across multiple groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using data and trends.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping and audits.
• Lead process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives to improve delivery.
