Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, working with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service. The role focuses on performance, process improvement, and technology adoption to support order fulfillment and growth.

The position requires travel to client sites and offices, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and scalable process design across multiple business units.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or related field preferred; travel up to 40%.
• 5+ years of relevant operations leadership or equivalent experience required.
• Experience developing recruitment strategy and analyzing recruitment processes and metrics.
• Ability to travel to onsite, office, and client locations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers.
• Use data to optimize order distribution, resource allocation, and performance.
• Oversee client implementations, onboarding, go-live, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and internal controls.
• Lead process improvements, automation, and adoption of new technology.
