The role emphasizes compliant processes, KPI monitoring, and continuous improvement through technology adoption.

You will support recruitment enablement, oversee operations compliance, and drive initiatives that enhance productivity and associate care while traveling to client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, or related field; 5+ years of operations leadership experience.
• Experience developing recruitment strategy and analyzing recruitment processes and performance metrics.
• Willingness to travel to onsite, office, and client locations; up to 40% travel.

• Provide strategic leadership across delivery operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable service.
• Drive performance, technology adoption, and continuous improvement with cross-functional partners.
• Develop scalable processes for order fulfillment and growth and monitor KPIs/SLAs.
