Job summary

Adecco Group seeks a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, accurate, and scalable services. The role collaborates with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, Customer Service, and partners to drive performance and technology adoption.

The position requires travel to offices, client locations, and onsite facilities to support implementations, training, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or related field preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of relevant operations leadership or equivalent experience are required.
Experience traveling onsite to client locations may be required (up to 40%).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using data and trends.
Use operational data to optimize order distribution and resource allocation for performance.
Oversee invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping, and contract audits.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs; provide actionable insights to Delivery leadership.
Lead process improvements, automation, and technology adoption to enhance delivery.
