Job summary

The role collaborates with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, and Customer Service, and requires travel to client locations and onsite facilities.

The position emphasizes performance improvement, operational controls, and technology adoption to support order fulfillment and growth in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or related field preferred; 5+ years leadership experience in operations required.
• Experience developing recruitment strategy, analyzing recruitment processes, and managing metrics and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; analyze trends and present actionable insights.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and adoption of new technology.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, reporting, timekeeping, and audits; ensure compliance.
