Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or related field.
At least five years of relevant operations leadership or equivalent experience.
Travel to onsite, office, and client locations; travel up to 40%.
Experience developing recruitment strategy and analyzing recruitment processes, metrics, and business performance.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers.
Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor KPIs and SLAs; present actionable insights to leadership.
Lead process improvement, automation, and technology initiatives to improve delivery.
