Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Business Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across delivery operations, ensuring compliant, accurate, and scalable service.Travel to client sites and offices supports implementations, go-live, and delivery readiness.

You will partner with Delivery Leadership, Payroll, Billing, Customer Service, and other functions to drive performance, technology adoption, and continuous improvement while managing performance metrics and associate and client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent and at least five years of relevant operations leadership or equivalent experience are required.
• Travel to onsite, office, and client locations may be up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment and workforce plans with Delivery Managers using data and industry trends.
• Use operational data to optimize order distribution and resource allocation.
• Oversee job board partnerships and posting strategies; evaluate usage and effectiveness.
• Monitor KPIs and compliance; support continuous improvement and scalable processes.
• Lead process improvements, automation, reporting, and technology initiatives to reduce manual effort.
