Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a senior recruiter/manager to oversee technician recruitment, training, and performance coaching. The role focuses on maximizing technician success, retention, and overall service quality to boost customer retention.

The successful candidate will lead staffing, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with branch teams to ensure safe, compliant operations and responsive customer support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or GED) required.
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by regulations.
• Maintain valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technician training, coaching, and accountability measures.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review and evaluate technician performance through rides-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently to customer concerns and improve service quality.
• Fill in on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps when needed.
• Monitor scheduling to ensure timely and efficient appointments.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Maintain inventory of pest/termite control products and supplies.
