Rentokil North America seeks an experienced field operations leader to drive technician staffing, training, and performance across branches. You will recruit, coach, and monitor technicians, ensuring high service quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while supporting sales growth and customer retention.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with travel across the assigned territory as needed to meet staffing and service goals.

Qualifications

• Adequate problem solving and leadership abilities.
• Strong math skills for sales/service calculations.
• Excellent communication to interact with customers and employees.

Responsabilités

• Oversee technician training, coaching, development, and regular cadence of accountability, to maximize technician success and retention.
• Recruit / hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians to maintain staffing levels.
• Review and evaluate ongoing technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently to customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure service quality to maximize customer retention.
• Monitor branch scheduling and ensure timely customer appointments.
