Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a leader to oversee technician recruiting, training, and accountability, ensuring high service quality and strong customer retention. You will coach staff, manage performance, and coordinate scheduling while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

The role involves collaborating across branches to maintain staffing levels, improve efficiency, and support growth.

Qualifications

• Adept at problem solving and identifying practical solutions.
• Ability to effectively lead and motivate others.
• Good aptitude for basic/intermediate math, for calculations related to sales/service.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presenting).
• Ability to build rapport easily and establish trust with customers and employees.
• High school diploma (or GED).
• Maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations.
• Maintain valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technician training, coaching, development, and accountability to maximize success and retention.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians.
• Review and evaluate technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently to customer concerns and ensure service quality.
• Fill in periodically on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps.
• Monitor branch scheduling for efficient customer appointments.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory of pest/termite control and home services products.
