Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking a regional leader to oversee technician recruiting, training, and ongoing development. You will coach teams to maximize technician retention and service quality, while ensuring regulatory compliance and employee safety.

Travel and schedule flexibility are required as you support residential and commercial pest, termite, and lawn technicians across assigned territories. This role emphasizes people leadership and customer-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ability to recruit, train, coach, and evaluate technicians.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technician training, coaching, development and accountability.
• Recruit/hire residential and/or commercial pest, termite, specialty, and lawn technicians.
• Review and evaluate technician performance via ride-alongs and audits.
• Respond diligently to customer concerns and improve service quality.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Fill in on customer appointments to cover staffing gaps.
• Monitor scheduling to optimize routing and efficiency.
• Maintain inventory of pest/termite control products.
